o Possessing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, they bring academic rigor to the classroom.

o With a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, they offer expertise and seasoned insights.

Supportive Framework

HEX provides a robust support system for educators at the Talking Program. Recognizing the value of local assistance, HEX ensures that teaching assistants are available in the students' home countries to facilitate teaching, communication, and professional development. Additionally, HEX offers regular seminars and resources to enhance our educators' virtual teaching skills, keeping them abreast of the latest educational technologies and methodologies. This comprehensive support not only enriches our teachers' professional journey but also amplifies their ability to make a meaningful impact on our students.
