English Literature Program

Our Literature program introduces our students to American and British literature. The teacher and student will meet weekly and discuss questions and topics designed by the teacher ahead of time. This course offers several beloved, thought provoking classics such as: The Giver, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Catcher in the Rye, and The Adventures of Huck Finn.​

Teacher Requirements: 

· Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus in Literature

· A deep love for Literature

· Literature teaching experience in middle and high schools

· The ability to produce thought provoking questions and topics of discussion based off of the books.

· The ability to adapt to each student’s individual needs
